My Why Guy!

He is already such a ham! He flirts with everyone. He puts on a shy act, then flashes the dimples and makes everyone fall in love with him.

Dont you just love when they eat well...pasta is one of his favorites

 He really had fun gnawing on this carrot, or anything else he can dip in ranch

Anything with wheels is a big hit for Why-guy.

Waimea Valley

May17th

One of my favorite places to go is right next door to us. Waimea Valley has so much exploring to do. We love to see and feed the peacocks, geese and ducks. If you have never been, you should!

Easter

Just realized I never posted this...
A rainy Easter. THis year we got together with some friends and had dinner. The egg hunt was on the patio due to the rain but the kids didn't mind one bit.

trying to get these three to look at me was near impossible.

Rusty and the kids made this cute easter basket for me.

Grandma Wilcox sent Hanalei this cute easter dress and waimea this tie.

This was after their nap, hanalei looks a little groggy.

It was a fun day.

Its more fun with a friend...

I heart these two. Lately they have been playing really well together. SO well that when i put them down at night for bed they are laughing and giggling in their room. It makes me very happy that they love each other. Of course they don't always play well, lots of sharing issues. Lots of hanalei stashing things, and saying, "No buddy, No brother!" needless to say one of Waimea's favorite words is no. We will try to focus on the good times.

Hanalei is a little obsessed with band-aids.

WHen we were at grandma's house she went around making

all the "owies" get better, by putting bandaids on any one who would

play along. Grandma sent her box of bandaids to hanalei in a package.

Brother had lots of owies that day.

He didn't really want to play along

So she found some other owies

I love love love these two. I hope they always love each other.

Our Dad is SO RAD!

Rusty often drives the huge trucks full of corn to the Kunia where they have a larger site. Some times he will make the trip three times a day. Well on this particular day I was on my way home when i saw a foal running around with his mommy. So i stopped to show the kids. We were just before the turnoff to rusty's work. He honked and pulled over.

Hanalei was sad that we weren't picking Dad up to take him home

We love this kid so much. He is tons of fun.

Some of his favorite things:

Green beans, pears, eggs, frozen peas, frozen blueberries

Walking around with mommy or daddy's hand

being out side

baths, and water he loves the hose, the sink and the ocean

dancing

anything with wheels (so boy)

harassing his sister, he already knows her buttons and he pushes them often

Climbing up and on to tables, beds, steps etc

taking things out of drawers or containers

putting things back into containers

His green blanket...he cuddles it all day if i let him

Stuffed animals, he nuzzles into them and gives big kisses

He really is a sweet boy and I love watching him grow and learn.
